Account & Support

Life happens! Just call or email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service and we'll happily reschedule. Cancellations with advance notice never incur a fee.
We monitor the weather closely. If conditions aren't safe or effective for cleaning, we'll reach out to reschedule at no extra charge. Light overcast is actually great for spotting streaks!
